HOW to build a RAFT - Part 11

Week 9 - 12, 05.05.25 - 01.06.25

We kicked it off with a huge task: mounting the hut and mast onto the raft — with help from our amazing friend Håkon. After that, things were calmer but still full-on.

We tightened the mast using handcrafted wooden deadeyes, a gift from our carpenter friend at JD Works and Stuff. We built the deck, mounted the yard and sail, and installed the Guaras, their fixations, and the full Guara system. Then came the entire rigging setup, which we connected to our custom-built cockpit. Inside the hut, we installed beds, walls, benches, storage, a table, a toilet, and a full electrical system.
